SPORTS
University of Kuopio provides great possibilities to take care of your physical well-being and have fun with your friends. Studentia, situated between Snellmania and Canthia buildings by the lakeside, has a sports hall that can be separated in to three individual halls. There is also a renewed gym in the second floor.
KISA and other student faculties arrange their own sport turn in the Studentia building. Basketball and university students' favourite indoor sport, floorball, are the old favourites of students, but we can play football, volleyball, ultimate, depending what people want. REMEMBER, SPORTS IN STUDENTIA ARE OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SOME COURSES.
Also we would be delighted if there are some true talents among KISA members to teach for a lesson or two different sports e.g. ball room dancing, yoga, martial arts or some other sport that is out of the ordinary indoor sports. The special lessons will be held in our own turns in Studentia.
